Terms of Service

TripWiz (operated by [Company]) turns your group-trip notes into a clean, shareable plan. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live.

You keep ownership of what you add — your notes, itineraries, images and plans. You grant us the permission needed to store and display that content to run the service and to share it with the group members you choose (via your share link). You’re responsible for having the right to share what you upload, and for the accuracy of your plans.

Don’t use TripWiz to break the law, upload others’ private information without permission, infringe copyright, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Sharing and collaboration are unlocked by a one-time trip pass per trip, purchased through Stripe. The price is shown before you pay. A failed or abandoned payment never deletes your plan. (Refund terms: [to be defined].)

We use AI to organize the input you provide. It can make mistakes, so you review and edit the plan before it’s shared — we don’t generate trips or guarantee the correctness of extracted details.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. We work to keep it available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Your data. We may end or suspend access for violations of these terms.
